Our child custody investigations are usually conducted as part of a divorce, separation, or custody case. We investigate child custody cases very carefully because the safety, health and well-being of a child is our first priority. Investigating and reporting our findings to the court about the child's well-being and treatment while in the custody of a parent or legal guardian can be used in custody evaluations. A child custody investigation provides reliable evidence without bias.

Parental accusations about abuse, neglect or an unsafe living environment can be investigated using surveillance to capture any photo and video recordings to prove or disprove the case. M & M Investigators will also question potential witnesses or family members, and conduct background screenings on custodial parties.
